No EPIC on Sunday 12/23
Hey All...
There will be no EPIC this Sunday 12/23/2007... Please Enjoy Christmas Eve Eve with your Family...
We will get together on Sunday 12/30/2007 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM for some end of year fun and hang time...
A couple of Friendly reminders:
1. The winter retreat is January 18-20, 2008. The deadline to sign up is January 13. If you want to ski or snowboard at Crystal, Portage Lake would like to know that by January 9. If you need to rent ski equipment, you will need to have a rental form signed by a parent if you are under 18. Retreat information, forms and permission slips can be found on the church website and on the bulletin board in the CF hallway (new wing). Completed forms can be left in the Student Ministry office door. Should be a blast and no finals to sweat this year.
2. The Mexico Mission Trip training session for all students and adult leaders going on the trip has been rescheduled to Sunday February 3, 2008. Training time will be 9:45 to noon with a luncheon for students and families afterwards... Leaders will have some additional training time after lunch... Please put this in your 2008 Calendars today !!
3. All unsold coupon books and coupon book money were due in last Sunday 12/16. So it needs to be turned in this week to Mrs Abbott.

Don't Forget your White Elephant Gift !!
EPIC This Week:
Hey, this Sunday the 16th of December, we will have much going on at EPIC.
Dave N. will be talking about how the personal spending fast is going. We will also celebrate our time together with our Youth Intern Alicia and say goodbye to her for now, as this is her last Sunday at FPCC. Be sure to thank her for being a part of EPIC this fall !
We will also have our White Elephant gift exchange, so get with your parents and come up with the perfect gift from the attic or basement that no one will want (but not gross or dangerous). Don't forget to wrap it !!
We will also have food, music and lots of fun, so you better come and hang out.

Our church is having their Christmas production this week and needs volunteers to bake desserts for Friday or Saturday night. If you are interested call Phyllis Scholtens 798-1639.

Warm up the Vocal Chords
EPIC This Week:
Hey, this Sunday the 9th of December, we will "Sing of the Coming King"
We will be going caroling out to some of our senior saints and in some surrounding neighborhoods... After we are done caroling we will come back to the church to warm up and fellowship and enjoy some hot chocolate and cookies...
Please DRESS for COLD Weather and meet at the church Promptly at or before 6:30 PM... We will be back at the church at done with our hot chocolate by 8:15 PM
Come on out and BRING a FRIEND who likes to sing !!
