HS Christmas Party on 12/21 is Postponed

The Sr. High School Christmas Party Scheduled for Tonight December 21, 2008 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM has been POSTPONED due to the Winter Storm (blowing and drifting snow, slippery roads and below zero wind chills) we are facing today and tonight...

December 7 - Special Youth Group Event
Meet at church at 3:00 to ride to the Celebration Cinema North in Grand Rapids to watch the movie Call and Response, followed by dinner and discussion with the Thornapple Covenant Youth Group. We will return to church by 8:30. Cost: $3.00. Please RSVP to Pastor Brian no later than Sunday noon, Dec. 7.
Call and Response is a documentary exposing issues of human slavery and other issues of global concern happening in our world today.

EPIC Kicks off 9/14/2008
Hey All...
Welcome back for another year of FPCC Student Ministries...
Start the year off right by coming to FPCC Sunday Night 9/14 as Pastor Brian leads us on an awesome night of fun, worship, prayer and music...
We'll be hanging out in the gym and student center from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM so we'll see you there !!
PS --- Bring a friend !!

Join us for Afterglow this summer on Sunday evenings.
July 13 Meet at church at 4:30 to help with VBS Carnival. We will
go to Frosty Oasis for ice cream following the carnival and
return to church around 9:00.
July 20 and 27 No Afterglow due to Mexico Mission Trip
August 3 Recknagels - pool and boating. Meet at church at 5:45 to
shuttle to their house. Return around 8:15.
August 10 Teermans - pool. Meet at Teermans house 1144 Anthony Dr.
6:00 - 8:00 pm.
August 17 Hoffmaster (meet at church at 5:45, return by 8:15)
August 24 Bronson/Kruse Park - meet at the park 6:00-8:00 pm
New Freshmen welcome.

No EPIC For Sunday Night May 25, 2008
Hey All...
There will be NO EPIC this Sunday 5/25/08 due to the Memorial Day weekend holiday... Please enjoy the time off with your family...
AFTERGLOWS will KICKOFF on Sunday Night June 1, 2008... Join us at Craig's Cruisers Norton Shores for an awesome kickoff to the summer... We will be there from 6 PM to 8 PM... This will be a great time to stop by and meet our new Youth Pastor, Brian !!
The cost will be $10.00 per student and that will get you 4 plays (select from mini golf, go carts, bumper boats, etc...)
Remember to have fun and Bring a FRIEND !!

This Sunday night we will be wrapping up our EPIC year with a Worship Night at FPCC from 6:30 to 8:15 PM...
Nagel will be leading the band and will give a special message to uplift us as we wrap up another awesome year of EPIC Sundays...
Next Sunday May 18 will be our Senior / Grad Send off night so be sure to join us for that too...
See ya Sunday Night...

This Sunday night’s Epic will be a service night. We will stay at FPCC from 6:30 PM to 8:15 PM to work on preparing crafts, etc for Mexico. We need you all here to help !
Our next Mexico training will be Sunday June 8 at 9:45.
If you haven’t brought in your signed forms and a copy of your passport, please do that as soon as possible.
